User Type 2:

Educators & Nonprofits

For churches, ministries, law libraries, and educators to send content that is conducive to the incarcerated individual's mental health, education, advancement, and post-release opportunities.

User Type 3:

Attorney & Govt. Agencies

For law professionals, public officials, and Govt. agencies to send legal mail and other privileged content that is protected by attorney-client privilege and other confidentiality under the law.

Your agency type can be a court, public defender, attorney general, a public office or any agency whereby the content you're sending can be legally declared as privileged mail.

You must first register as active, valid and verifiable Government Agency Admin. Once registered and preauthorized, you can add team members as Support Staff. If you are support staff, please ask your Admin to invite you from the Team Management section. This invitation will allow you to sign up on the TextBehind system and be added to the team.

Account Activation and Email Verification:

After submitting the new account registration details, please check your email inbox (including junk box) to locate the “Email Verification” message from to activate your new account.

Click on the email verification link to activate your new account.

If you do not receive email verification within 30 minutes, please click on "Resend Verification Email” button on the next page.
